"Sue is the best--she is professional, smart, punctual, and trustworthy. Sue seamlessly navigated us through the process of buying and selling at the same time. She had a clear strategy from the very beginning that made us feel less stressed about the situation. Starting with staging our home and hiring a professional to take excellent photos, she set up our home to be very attractive to buyers. We were so impressed with the results. On the buying side, Sue graciously took us through many homes in our area of choice and always had comps on hand. In the end, she helped us find our perfect home at the perfect price, thanks to her negotiating. I know that if I had a question today about the home I could pick up the phone and give her a call. Her service continues even after the close of escrow. It’s great to know a true professional that I can trust. Sue is the only agent I’d recommend to friends and family. We felt incredibly lucky to have worked with her."
"We worked with Sue in buying and selling a home and had a great experience with both. She was always very professional, knowledgable and gave us educated recommendations along the way. You will be very happy choosing to work with Sue with buying or selling your home."

We researched the top agents in the area and hired Sue Otto. Sure enough she worked magic! She encouraged us to list the home for a higher price than what it was previously listed. At her own expense, Sue staged our home and the transformation was remarkable. After being the market for two weeks we received a full price offer! I would highly recommend Sue Otto without hesitation to anyone selling or buying a home."

"In January 2018, we engaged Sue Otto to list and sell our house in Poway, California. Throughout the process, Sue brought a calming, soothing and comforting sense to the process particularly during those stressful times that always come up during the sale of a home. We really appreciated her consistently cheerful demeanor as we worked through the many decisions we had to make. She was always interested in hearing our thoughts and opinions and truly partnered with us on how best to position our home for the best result. Sue has also built an amazing and comprehensive team around her to make sure we had many solutions to the challenges we faced. The marketing brochure for our home was stunning and included impressive drone photos from above the house. On top of all this, Sue was a great negotiator while always looking out for our best interests and driving to make the deal work. It was such a pleasure working with Sue and would absolutely recommend her as a buyers or sellers agent."

"When we decided to sell our home in 4S Ranch at the end of August, we worried about finding the right agent. Sue impressed us with her experience, education, and vast market knowledge. She really knows how to market and stage the home. Photos, web site listing, and marketing materials were very impressive. Even though the market was slowing and interest rates were rising, Sue got us multiple offers. Once the house was in escrow, Sue was a tremendous resource and help. We had to move out of town a few weeks before closing and Sue went out of her way to handle everything for us including selling furniture we left behind. In closing, you can’t go wrong with Sue as your next agent. You will be extremely happy that you did. I really can’t say enough good things about the great job she did."
